Vedanta’s Odisha investment plans
Vedanta announced a ₹1 lakh crore investment drive in Odisha targeting 50,000 jobs, including expansion of existing operations and proposed aluminium projects. The group has sought to revive Niyamgiri mining and says it is ready to invest a matching amount in another Rayagada refinery.
