Litmus Paper has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies, and sells nothing about anyone.
Counting visits
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. It records the page viewed, the site that sent you, your country and the kind of device, in aggregate. A few clicks are counted the same way (which story, tag or publisher link was opened, and what was searched) so we can see what is useful.
What stays in your browser
- Tags you follow are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us, except in the page address when you open “Following”.
- Two cookies remember your choices:
theme(light or dark) andfront_view(Bullets or Headlines).
Our host and publishers
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs for a short time. Links to reports take you to the publishers’ own sites, where their privacy policies apply.
