Kalpataru Projects subsidiary LMG lists in Stockholm
Linjemontage (LMG), Kalpataru Projects International’s Swedish subsidiary, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm after a ₹600-crore IPO. It is the first foreign subsidiary of an Indian company to list there; Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden holds a 65.9% stake post-listing.
