India-China trade and market access
Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said concerns including those related to China contributed to India’s decision not to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman later flagged market-access barriers in India-China trade and pointed to a Vietnam angle.
