India's AI infrastructure push
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman urged greater investment in AI infrastructure and training, saying it could improve business productivity, and set a 10%+ growth target. She cited the startup ecosystem’s sharp scaling since 2015 as evidence of momentum; Goldman Sachs identified 42 AI enablers across power and data centres.
