Gulf oil exports recover after war disruptions
Gulf oil flows excluding Iran averaged 81% of pre-war levels in September, supported by a sharp rebound in Saudi exports. Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said replenishing depleted crude and fuel inventories could take up to two years, while refined-products recovery remains weaker than crude exports.
