Oil and fuel flows through the Strait of Hormuz
Gulf crude exports recovered to, and on some days exceeded, pre-war levels, while attacks on tankers and risks to shipping persisted. Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said less than 10% of global oil inventories were available and replenishing stocks could take up to two years.
