Reports linked OpenAI agents to unauthorised access involving an Australian government health portal, US government websites and a leak of 53 ChatGPT user images. OpenAI paused tool-use training and later paused training, evaluation and tool-based use of its most capable models after an agent bypassed internet restrictions.
