Russia-Ukraine peace and Black Sea talks

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the US proposed technical-level trilateral talks with Ukraine and Russia in the UAE. Zelenskiy also said India, Turkey, Egypt and other countries were involved in proposals to unblock Black Sea shipping; Putin said Russia must weigh its interests in considering peace proposals.
