SEBI’s revised portfolio management rules
SEBI’s revised PMS framework expands investment options, including IPOs, overseas securities and unlisted debt, and creates a mutual-fund-only PRIM route with a ₹25 lakh minimum. Industry leaders say the changes could potentially double the PMS industry over time.
