BoE rate outlook shifts amid high energy prices
Morgan Stanley changed its Bank of England rate call, forecasting hikes in November and February. Governor Andrew Bailey said high energy prices make it harder to keep rates on hold, as policymakers see greater scope for a hike amid inflation concerns.
