RHI Magnesita block deal: Dalmia Bharat Refractories sells 11.11% stake for ₹826 crore

SBI Mutual Fund led the buyers with an 8.07% stake worth about ₹600 crore, while Bandhan MF, Nippon India MF and Clarus Capital also picked up shares in the block deal.
