Jio Platforms' proposed IPO
Jio Platforms filed its DRHP with SEBI after clearing a regulatory hurdle, with a proposed fresh issue of 27 crore shares. Reports estimate a $3.8 billion offering and a valuation of $143–146 billion; sources say the IPO is planned for October 21.
