Middle East oil flows and Strait of Hormuz shipping
Middle East crude flows recovered to 98% of pre-war levels by September 30, and Hormuz shipments averaged 13.5 million barrels per day over seven days. By October 5, exports exceeded pre-war levels, but attacks on shipping had increased.
