EPF wage ceiling raised to ₹25,000

The EPF wage ceiling rose from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 effective September 17, 2026, bringing over 51 lakh additional employees into scope. The Labour Ministry told employers not to cut statutory wages, while contribution amounts and take-home pay may change.
