UPI MDR: NPCI says GST will not burden small merchants or make payments costlier

NPCI clarifies reports on GST on UPI MDR are incorrect. MDR applies only to P2M transactions over ₹2,000. Transactions up to ₹2,000 have zero MDR and zero GST impact.
