India’s IPO pipeline and Q3 fundraising
India’s potential mainboard IPO pipeline was estimated at ₹3.86 lakh crore, including about 130 SEBI-approved issues worth approximately ₹2.43 lakh crore; the pipeline was nearly 3.5 times the ₹1.10 lakh crore raised so far in 2026. Reports also cited more than 200 companies in the pipeline and a September-quarter record despite stock-market weakness.
