Russian strikes and military warnings
Russia said it struck Ukrainian military infrastructure and vessels; reports also described civilian deaths and strikes on Kyiv data centres, Kyivstar’s headquarters, logistics centres and two dry cargo ships near Odesa. Russia said it could restart 80% of Black Sea grain export terminals if attacks stopped.
